As a teacher with two degrees, and about four years of teaching experience under my belt, I become more of a learner every day.
This might seem backwards. But as a lover of languages and culture, I find that my students teach me the true and limitless breadth of learning. I have found that learning in more than one language is an expansion of the world around me, and helps me see with new eyes each day, the joy that I have the opportunity to grasp.
Learning another often seems inaccessible, due to the cost, or time it takes, or ability to find a teacher who will meet your needs.
My passion for languages is something I hope to spread to others. And I am excited to share with everyone, a way that you can explore and expand your knowledge of languages. As joy and wishes are being spread this Holiday season, and resolutions are being made for this New Year, I’d like to challenge you to instead make goals for something that is truly life changing.
